Acuity Analytics acquired Continuus, a U.S.-based data consultancy specializing in financial services. The transaction adds 37 employees to Acuity and expands its capabilities across data strategy, governance, engineering, and cloud data platforms.
Continuus primarily works with asset managers and other financial institutions on enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and large-scale cloud transformation programs.
The acquisition strengthens Acuity Analytics’ presence in the U.S., which is its largest market.
Continuus also brings Snowflake Premier Services Partner status and additional experience with platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
Acuity said the acquisition is intended to help financial services clients modernize data infrastructure as they move AI initiatives from experimentation into production.
Continuus’ capabilities will be integrated with Acuity’s broader offerings across analytics, operations, AI, and digital workflows.
The acquisition follows Acuity’s purchase of PPA Group in 2024 and AI-led digital transformation company Ascent in 2025.
The Continuus transaction was completed October 1, 2026.
