ONGC Announces Senior Management Change – PSU Connect
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its senior management in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company expressed deep regret over the sad demise of Debasish Mukherjee, Executive Director (EO to Director HR), on April 30, 2026. Following his passing, he has ceased to hold the position of Executive Director of the company.
The disclosure has been submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for information and record.
