Otel AI has launched Otel Academy, a free webinar series that separates AI signal from noise for hoteliers. Otel is the AI layer a hotel is missing.
Otel Academy is built for hotel general managers, revenue managers, and owner-operators who want to do more with AI but don’t know where to start. It’s a free, ongoing resource for hotel teams to get trusted information, practical advice, and real examples of how AI works in other organisations.
The first episode features Floor Bleeker, strategic advisor to Otel and former Group CTO of Accor, in conversation with Paul Ryan, CEO and co-founder of Otel. It focuses on building an AI strategy for hotels: where to start, what to prioritise, and how operators can separate genuine capability from hype.

“Every hotel group we talk to has been told they need an AI strategy. Almost none of them have been given a straight answer on what that actually means for their property, this year,” said Ryan. “We built Otel Academy to answer that in public, not in a sales deck. Starting off our series with Floor made sense.
