14 IAS and 34 PCS officers transferred in UP: Neha Sharma removed from Medical Education Department – Bhaskar English

The Uttar Pradesh government transferred 14 IAS and 34 PCS officers at midnight on Sunday. The chief development officers (CDOs) of Saharanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri and Ambedkar Nagar were replaced.
Dr Vishram, the Additional Commissioner of the Vindhyachal division who sings Birha folk songs, has been given the responsibility of Member (Judicial) in the Board of Revenue. Vishram is a 2010-batch PCS officer. In January this year, the Uttar Pradesh government promoted him to the IAS.
Meanwhile, Neha Sharma, the Director General and Secretary of the Medical Education Department, has been removed from the post of Secretary, Medical Education Department.
Saharanpur CDO Sumit Rajesh Mahajan has been appointed chief executive officer of the Uttar Pradesh Startup Mission. Dr Sunil Kumar Verma, additional commissioner in the State Tax Department, has been appointed the new CDO of Saharanpur in his place.
Rahul Singh has been appointed special secretary in the Public Works Department. He was previously special secretary in the Information Technology and Electronics Department. Lakhimpur Kheri CDO Abhishek Kumar has been appointed special secretary in the Information Technology and Electronics Department.
Yoganand Pandey, additional district magistrate (City) of Ayodhya, has been appointed the new CDO of Lakhimpur Kheri.
Sahab Singh, a member (judicial) of the Revenue Council, has been appointed secretary of the Secretariat Administration Department. Devendra Kumar Singh Kushwaha, special secretary and director of the Silk Department, has also been appointed a member (judicial) of the Revenue Council.

Ambedkar Nagar CDO Anand Kumar Shukla has been appointed Special Secretary and Director of the Silk Department. Vaibhav Mishra, Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue) of Kushinagar, has been appointed the new CDO of Ambedkar Nagar.
Ashok Kumar Kanojia, Joint Director of the Youth Welfare Department, has been appointed Special Secretary of the Secondary Education Department. Arun Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Aligarh Division, has been appointed Special Secretary of the Rural Development Department.
Pradeep Kumar Yadav, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Saharanpur Municipal Corporation, has been appointed Additional Commissioner of Aligarh Division.
Ghaziabad, Varanasi and Mathura get new Additional Municipal Commissioners
Additional District Magistrates in several districts, including Gautam Buddh Nagar, Prayagraj, Bahraich, Deoria, Kasganj, Etah, Mirzapur, Baghpat, Jalaun and Agra, have been given new responsibilities in the transfers of PCS officers.
Several sub-divisional magistrates have also been transferred. New additional municipal commissioners have also been appointed in the municipal corporations of Ghaziabad, Varanasi and Mathura.
