Black Spark Resistance Claims Data Breach at Shahed Drone Production Facility – Мілітарний
Members of the Black Spark resistance movement operating inside Russia infiltrated the production facility for Shahed drones in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and exfiltrated data from its servers.
The movement announced the operation in a post on its X account.
According to the group, its members worked undercover for several months, gathering information from the facility’s servers. They reportedly covertly downloaded databases containing information on everyone involved in assembling the Geran-2 and Geran-3 drones.
The group also claimed that Black Spark agents infiltrated the production facility by securing jobs there and sabotaged the UAV assembly process by planting “surprises” for the operators.
“When the operators attempt to launch these drones, they will face ‘unpleasant consequences.’ This will reduce the number of war criminals directly involved in launching Geran drones against Ukrainian cities,” the partisans shared.

Black Spark is an underground resistance movement that carries out sabotage operations inside Russia in cooperation with the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces.
Information on the movement’s membership, leadership, and other characteristics is not publicly available.
The Command of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) officially confirmed its close coordination with representatives of the movement as early as 2025. Since then, there have been repeated reports of the movement’s involvement in strikes on Russian territory.
The attack on the Orenburg Gas Processing Plant and the Orenburg Helium Plant during the night of June 24 was carried out in coordination with the resistance movement.
