Younea names Sarina Grosz as chief AI officer – Luxembourg Times

Younea, a Luxembourg-based customer service communications company, has named its co-founder Sarina Grosz as Chief AI Officer.
The company says it is one of the first in Europe to create a brand-new executive role with responsibility for AI.

Grosz will be in charge of strategic oversight of all AI activities across the company, as well as regulatory implementation of the EU AI Act and governance and risk management in handling sensitive data.
An entrepreneur and AI expert, Grosz co-founded Younea in 2020 and believes that Luxembourg has the opportunity to become Europe’s centre for responsible artificial intelligence. “We want to lead by example – technologically as well as ethically,” she said in a press release announcing the new role.
