Share Ourselves Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation – Claim Depot

On Oct. 2, 2025, Share Ourselves’ third-party billing vendor, TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS), discovered suspicious activity within its systems. After investigating, TPS determined that a cybersecurity incident had occurred, potentially affecting thousands of patients nationwide, including those served by Share Ourselves. TPS notified Share Ourselves of the incident on Dec. 15, 2025.
Possible Information Exposed
The breach was reported to the California Attorney General’s office on Dec. 26, 2025. Impacted individuals have been notified by mail.
If you received a notice from Share Ourselves or TriZetto Provider Solutions, your information may have been part of the breach. Even if you have not yet received a letter, it is a good idea to stay alert, as notifications were expected to be sent out in the weeks following Dec. 29, 2025.
