CareCloud names Chaudhry chief strategy officer for AI push – ROI-NJ

Somerset-based CareCloud Inc. said it is promoting senior leaders effective Jan. 1, 2026, as the health care technology company seeks to scale an enterprise artificial intelligence platform and align its organization for its next phase of growth.
CareCloud said A. Hadi Chaudhry will become chief strategy officer, leading the company’s enterprise AI vision, platform innovation and companywide artificial intelligence initiatives. At the same time, Stephen Snyder will serve as chief executive officer, with a focus on execution, financial performance, margin expansion and scaling CareCloud’s AI-enabled solutions across ambulatory and hospital markets.
The company described the move as a shift to an “execution-focused operating model” while dedicating senior leadership capacity to accelerating AI development as a long-term competitive advantage.
“CareCloud has built strong momentum over the last several years,” Mahmud Haq, executive chairman of CareCloud’s board of directors, said in a statement. Haq said the company has expanded margins, strengthened its financial profile and entered the hospital software market, and that the leadership alignment is intended to help management execute with greater focus while positioning 2026 as a pivotal year for scaling enterprise AI across the platform.
CareCloud said it has strengthened its operational and financial foundation over the past two years through margin expansion and improved cash flow consistency, and remains on track for its first year of positive earnings per share since going public.
During that period, the company also expanded into the inpatient software market through the acquisitions of Medsphere Systems and the HFMA MAP App, which it said extended its reach across the full care continuum and increased its addressable market.
“We have transformed CareCloud into a more resilient, more diversified platform,” Snyder said. He said his priorities as CEO will include “disciplined execution,” scaling AI-driven growth, expanding margins and delivering sustainable value for shareholders.
Chaudhry said AI is reshaping health care operations and that his focus as chief strategy officer will be advancing CareCloud’s enterprise AI platform and accelerating innovation across its solutions.
CareCloud provides AI and technology-enabled solutions intended to help health care clients improve financial and operational performance, streamline clinical workflows and improve the patient experience. The company said more than 40,000 providers use its offerings, including revenue cycle management, practice management, electronic health records, business intelligence, patient experience management and digital health solutions.
