Hartsook, previously served as the IS Manager of End-Point Services at Columbus Regional Hospital (CRH). He also led significant IT projects, including setting up nearly 500 devices for the relocation of 15 medical practices to the new NexusPark location and managing the migration of over 500 users in preparation for system upgrades. Prior to his role at CRH, Jim was the Director of Information Technology for Bartholomew County government. There, he oversaw IT for over 450 users and introduced a phone system that saved the county more than $89,000 each year. His work in modernizing technology has cut costs and improved services. In his new role, Hartsook will work on improving the city’s IT systems, encouraging new solutions, and ensuring efficient service for the community.
