On October 3, 2024, the Board of Directors of the registrant (the “Board”) held a special meeting for the purpose of formally accepting a resignation of a then current member of the Board of Directors.
On October 3, 2024, the Board accepted the resignation of Dean Kolocouris, effective immediately.
Mr. Kolocouris cited health issues and family duties as the reason for his resignation.
Mr. Kolocouris has no direct or indirect material interest in any transaction or proposed transaction required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
