Neurealm Elevates Kshitij Kulkarni to Chief AI Platform Officer – CXO Digitalpulse
Neurealm has elevated Kshitij Kulkarni to the role of Chief AI Platform Officer, expanding his responsibilities as the company sharpens its focus on AI-led innovation and platform-driven growth. In his new position, Kshitij will lead the organization’s AI platform roadmap, with a mandate to drive innovation, scalability, and enterprise adoption while ensuring alignment between product strategy and long-term business objectives.
As part of his expanded remit, Kshitij will oversee the development and scaling of AI-first offerings and frameworks across industries. His role includes integrating data, AI, and platform engineering capabilities into Neurealm’s core delivery model, working closely with engineering, innovation, and client-facing teams to translate emerging technologies into tangible business outcomes.
Kshitij has been part of Neurealm’s leadership team since 2025 and previously served as Senior Vice President – Strategy and Marketing. In that role, he played a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, strengthening its positioning across AI and digital engineering services, and supporting the evolution of Neurealm’s innovation roadmap. His elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to lead AI platform vision and execution as a strategic growth pillar.
He brings nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning strategy, marketing, alliances, and technology. Prior to joining Neurealm, Kshitij spent close to seven years at GS Lab, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Strategy, Marketing, Alliances and Analyst Relations; Vice President – Corporate Strategy and Marketing; and Director – Marketing. During this period, he contributed to corporate strategy development, alliance building, analyst engagement, and market expansion initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Kshitij gained entrepreneurial experience as Co-Founder of Muffin App and later served as Chief Executive Officer at Klik Woods. He has also worked with Tata Sons as a Consultant in the Group Technology and Innovation Office. His professional journey further includes roles at KPOINT Technologies, TQMS, Altair Engineering, and Greaves Cotton Limited, giving him broad exposure across engineering, consulting, and enterprise technology environments.
Kshitij holds an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master of Science in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan–Dearborn, combining strategic leadership capabilities with strong technical expertise.
