The deadline for exclusion and objection is March 4, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the FCRA violations class action lawsuit settlement is scheduled for March 16, 2026.

Contact Members who do not exclude themselves from the settlement will automatically receive a payment. Product Members must submit a valid claim form to receive a settlement payment. Product Members must submit a valid claim form by May 15, 2026.

Lexis Nexus should be out if business. Everything they do seems illegal. I had a judge rule that a car accident was NOT my fault, in a trial. I contested the ticket that the trooper cited me as being at fault and the Judge saw it the same way as me and threw it out and said it would not be on my record….but good old NL wanted to dismiss what the Judge ruled and report the info anyway.
