Harrisburg mayor pays ethics board settlement after using city-owned dumpster – WGAL

The state ethics commission has confirmed to WGAL News 8 that Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams has paid $912.70 as part of a settlement over the use of a city dumpster.
Williams was ordered to make the payment in September to settle an ethics complaint over allegations that she instructed city employees to provide her with a city-owned dumpster for personal use.
The commission said they received record of the payment on Dec. 9.
The payment was made late, as it was to be forwarded within 30 days of the Sept. 22 mailing date of the commission’s ruling.
