TAIPEI — Taiwan prosecutors on Tuesday pressed charges against a subsidiary of Japan's largest semiconductor equipment maker Tokyo Electron over alleged violations of the National Security Act and Trade Secret Act in relation to suspected theft of TSMC data earlier this year.
