Manufacturers are quickly introducing artificial intelligence (AI) to survive global competition with Chinese companies. Its strategy is to use AI to increase overall productivity not only in manufacturing and design but also in office work.

Like ChatGPT, Heidi supports AI knowledge search, video conference real-time translation, meeting minutes, and mail summary and drafting. The introduction of Heidi has improved the average daily work productivity by about 10%, and LG Display plans to raise it to 30% within three years.
