Concord Orthopaedics reports data breach of third-party software; Notifying over 67,000 people – WMUR Manchester

An orthopedic clinic in Concord is working to contact over 67,000 Granite Staters whose information may have been accessed during a data breach.
Concord Orthopaedics said it was notified of the data breach in November 2024 by a third-party vendor whose software is used for patient registration and check-ins.
Some of the information that may have been compromised include names, drivers licenses, social security numbers and health insurance information. Investigators with the Consumer Protection Bureau said there’s no evidence that the data breach compromised Concord Orthopaedics’ “internal environment or its electronic health records system.”
