The QRA (quick, real-operation-based, adaptable) Cyber Phalanx 2024 exercise, developed by the European Defence Agency (EDA) with the support of the private contractor IABG and the Eunavfor Med Irini Ohq staff, has been successfully concluded at the IRINI (OHQ) Operational Headquarters, the operation whose main task is to implement the arms embargo to and from Libya.
