I love the transition to digital touch to solve the SaaS platform’s ability to maintain high touch with its customers. BUT—this solves only part of the problem. Many SMBs, even with the best digital materials, won’t have the capacity to go through the learning curve of getting to know all the features of each of the platforms they are using. This results in a low-value perception, churn, and lack of expansion (low NRR!). Many of them need hands-on help and guidance on measuring the success KPIs of using a specific platform, which only human experts can provide. This is where the MEP (managed-expert-platform) model can fill in a considerable gap. Happy to expand more on that 🙂
