The article discusses the necessity of balancing AI regulation with innovation amid rapid technological advancements. The Open Letter for certainty of EU regulation for AI seeks to protect data privacy, prevent algorithmic bias, and maintain intellectual property rights without stifling innovation. We cover different viewpoints about this letter to the EU. We then explore a flexible governance model that includes agile regulations and international cooperation is proposed to achieve this balance.
